¡Guidance for Paper Presentation Application & Registration for Speaker
‚PDApplication procedure
The paper presentation person (speaker) him/herself needs to submit the application.

First of all, please transmit it from "On-line Paper Presentation Application & Registration Form".
After pressing the "Submit" button, these contents will be delivered to the correspondent chair of the symposium chosen in "Symposium preferred" filed and Secretariat automatically. At the same time, it will be delivered automatically to the applicant (speaker) and the additional distribution address (option) by e-mail also with PPA number*, as a confirmation of receipt. After transmission, if the applicant (speaker) does not receive the confirmation within several hours, please contact Secretariat urgently. It is because neither the chair nor Secretariat may also be received. 

Secondly, please submit the abstract by the following date separately with the above PPA Number through a method (e-mail or postal mail) you chose in the above application form . When you submitting it, please observe the "Abstract Format Guide"

‚QDApplication cancellation/correction procedure
If you have any changes on the part of "Presentation Data", "Applicant Personal Data" or "Registration & other Fee Data", please notify the General Secretary directly by e-mail, fax or postal mail with its PPA Number in the subject and text. DO NOT submit another new "On-line Paper Presentation Application &Registration for speaker" for the correction(s). First of all please contact to the General Secretary.

Notification of registration cancellation (when you want to withdraw the Presentation Application itself) should be sent to the Genaral Secretary. Cancellations received before August 31, 2003 will result in a refund amount subtracting the Registration Fee of 10,000 Yen. Cancellations received after September 1, 2003 will result in NO refund but the abstract book and a copy of the proceedings of one selected symposium will be sent.

Each symposium chair determines the adoption or rejection of the application and a presentation type (oral or poster). The applicant will be notified of them from each chair by June 20 (Fri.), 2003. Please do not ask Secretariat the result. Secretariat has no idea on it.

The participant other than the paper presentation person (speaker) in any symposium or forum, for example co-authors and auditors, needs to register from "On-line Registration Form for Non-Speaker"

The applicant (speaker) who already submitted "On-line Paper Presentation Application & Registration" do NOT need to register form here. Please avoid the duplication.

After pressing the "Submit" button, these contents will be delivered to the correspondent chair of the symposium chosen in "Symposium preferred" filed and Secretariat automatically. At the same time, it will be delivered automatically to the registrant by e-mail also with RGF number**, as a confirmation of receipt. After submission, if the registrant does not receive it within several hours, please contact Secretariat urgently. It is because neither the chair nor Secretariat may also be received.

We strongly recommend on-line registration before the deadline, because reception desk will be very crowded during the conference.
