All of the posters will be presented at the poster presentation room (501 and 502; additionally 303 and 304 on 12th). Posters should be put up in place before the exposure time indicated in the program of corresponding symposium, and be removed immediately after the presentation.
Posters should be tacked to the specified board (no adhesive tapes available). Please be sure that panels are unavailable. It is impossible to hang them from the ceiling. Two boards with the size of 0.9 m width and 1.8 m height will be prepared for a presentation; one for the poster and another for a separation between the posters. Thumbtacks will be prepared at the room.
Some symposia demand short oral presentations as poster preview. Please see the program of corresponding symposium.
