for proceedings submission |

The
conference proceedings will be published in the regular journal of
MRS-J apan, "Transactions of the Materials Research Society of Japan
(Trans. MRS-J)". The maximum length of paper is 6 pages for invited
lectures and 4 pages for general presentations for both oral and poster.
After reviewing, the accepte d papers will be published in Trans.
MRS-J, Vol.29, 2004. The original manuscript and its two photocopies
should be submitted to the T rans. MRS-J Publication Office (Room
No. 424) during the IUMRS-ICAM 2003 meeting with an Application Form
for publica tion in Trans. MRS-J and the copyright transfer form.(Please Download PDF File)
The Application Form for publication will be given at the reg istration.
The authors should fill up the forms before the submission. The name
on the Application Form should be incl uded in the author's names
of manuscript. A manuscript without the Application Form cannot be
received. One submission is permitted for one registration. Publication
charge is incl uded in the registration fee. However, color print
requires extra charge of 30,000 Yen per page. If an attendance wishes
to submit second and more papers, he/she has to buy the new Application
Form at the Registration Desk with the charge of 30,000 Yen or US$250
per paper.
NOTE：Some limited symposia and forum (C-7, D-5, D-8, D-11, and F-1) will pu
blish the proceedings in some journals other than Trans. MRS-J. Please conta
ct the Symposium chairperson for detail infor mation (reprints, publication
dates, etc.). |
