Scope:

Electrical insulating materials were widely used in the many kinds of electronic and electric equipment. Properties required for these materials were not only high electrical resistivity but also high formability, high thermal conductivity, high mechanical properties and high chemical durability. Typical electrical inslulating materials were polymers, ceramics and their compositesm, but they were separately investigated. In this session, many papers on the the thoretical and experimental progress in the electrical insulating materials will be invited for the improvement of their processing and the properties. Furthermore, oppotunity for the international and intermaterial collaboration will be also provided.
