Scope:

Much progress in the field of organic nanotechnology and biomolecular electronics for environmental preservation will be expected in 21st century. Especially, organic optoelectronic devices such as organic photovoltaic devices, organic thin-film-transistors, organic sensors, biological systems and so on have attracted much attention.
In this session, brain-storming discussions pertaining to the current status and problems for the state-of-art science and technology related to organic Iontronics will be made which was expected to prosper the next generation electronics technology.
In such a background, a session of organic iontronics was held in last year and attracted great interest.
The main purpose of this symposium is to provide an opportunity for researchers, who are interested in organic iontronics, to come together in an informal and friendly atmosphere and exchange their technical information and experience.
We are sure that this symposium will be very useful and fruitful for all participants to summarize the recent progress in organic nanotechnology and biomolecular electronics for environmental preservation and prepare the new step for the next generation.
In other words, our goal is to realize next-generation organic iontronics aiming towards energy harvesting.

Topics:

1.Organic iontronics (electrolysis devices for light-emitting electrochemical cell, electrochemical FET, etc.)
2.Energy harvesting (energy devices for solar cell, power storage device, hydrogen energy etc.)
3.Printed electronics
4.Bioelectronics
5.Environmental nanotechnology
