All participants are requested to stop by the General Reception Desk

December 5 or 6 : 1st floor of the Industrial Trade Center.
December 7 : 2nd floor of the Industrial Trade Center.

At that time, please submit the following two sheets printed from the Annual Conference MyPage to the registration desk.
* Participation Certificate
* Health Check Sheet

※On the health check sheet, please enter your temperature taken on the day of the meeting and check the other items on the sheet.

After the registration, please fold up the participation certificate sheet, put it in the name holder, and carry it around your neck to enter the venue.

The location of each venue is also indicated in the Information Booklet, etc., which will be handed to you at the registration desk. For abstracts, please refer to the Program Book (PDF) on the Annual Meeting MyPage.

To prevent coronavirus infection, please wear a mask in the meeting venue. Please also disinfect your hands and fingers in a timely manner. Please refrain from talking in the venue as much as possible.
