Scope:

Due to its extreme material properties such as high breakdown, high mobility, high thermal conductivity and so on, diamond is receiving much attention for electronics applications including future power switching device for the energy savings. Large size wafer, epi-growth, doping control as well as the dislocation analysis are the emerging issues for the diamond to take off toward device development. The material-related basic knowledges are common for the varieties of applications of diamond, thus the papers are fully open for related topics to enhance intensive discussions in this field.

Topics:

  • Diamond bulk growth
  • Diamond epi growth and doping technology
  • Dislocation of diamond
  • Diamond power device
  • Diamond thermal management
  • Nano-crystalline diamond growth and applications
  • DLC and its applications
  • III-V device/Diamond hetero-junction device
  • Diamond radiations sensor
  • Other diamond electronics applications
