Scope:

This symposium aims to provide an international forum on the latest developments in nanoscale functional materials research, including the tools used for their study, considering experimental and theoretical approaches. The focus will be primarily on the synthesis, processing, and characterization of nanoscale functional materials. The symposium will also cover structure-property correlations at the nanoscale, understanding of fundamental phenomena occurring in nanoscale systems and processes, and the designs, applications and industrial developments of nanostructured functional materials and nanosystems.

By participating in this symposium, attendees will gain a deep insight into the current status of research and development in academia, international laboratories and industries in the field of nanoscale functional materials. In this session, we aim to discuss on synthesis, processing, and characterization of nanoscal functional materials and show a millstone toward development of novel nanoscal functional materials based on physics and chemistry.

Topics:

  • Synthesis & processing of nanoscale functional materials
  • Characterization of nanoscale functional materials
  • Nanoscale functional materials for advanced green energies
  • Stractural designs of nanoscale functional materials
  • Next-generation devices using nanoscle functional materials
  • Nanoscale functional materials for semiconductors, sensors/actuators, photovoltaics, rechargeable batteries, fuel cells
