Preface of the 4th MRS-J Bulletin

The MRS-J Bulletin is the periodical international journal that reports outstanding research on materials science and engineering. At the annual MRS-J conference, the Award for Encouragement of Research is presented to an excellent oral or poster presentations by a young researcher (under 40 years old). The winners of these awards submit their latest research results as compact reports of academic papers to this Bulletin, that widely published to all the MRS-J memberships.
