Please download the designated template and prepare your abstract accordingly.
After creating your abstract following the template instructions, convert it to PDF and submit it via MyPage.

Public Release of Annual Meeting Abstracts

To enhance the accessibility of academic information and promote open access, MRS-Japan will release abstracts submitted to its Annual Meeting according to the following schedule:

• Six months after the meeting: accessible to MRS-Japan members only
• Two years after the meeting: publicly accessible under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license

For the 2025 Annual Meeting, all authors are required to agree to this policy prior to preparing and submitting their abstracts.
Please note that authors may continue to make their own abstracts available through their institutional websites or repositories, in accordance with the MRS-Japan copyright policy.
