MRS-J and MRS-K have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the holding of a bilateral symposium.
On December 9, 2025, MRS-J (President: Dr. Shunichi Arisawa, Auditor, NIMS) and MRS-K (Vice President: Professor Byungha Shin, KAIST) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The purpose is to further strengthen collaboration between the two MRS organizations and invigorate international joint research by planning and hosting joint symposia alternately in each country.
The first bilateral symposium will be held at The Global Conference of Innovation Materials 2026 (GCIM2026; May 31–June 4, 2026, Jeju Island, Republic of Korea).
