About the Infection Control for the New Coronavirus at MRS-J Annual Meeting
- Hand sanitizer is always available at the entrances and exits of Pacifico Yokohama.
- At the reception desk of the Annual Meeting & MRM, all visitors will be checked for body temperature using a thermal camera.
- At the same time, we ask participants to fill out and collect a health checklist.
- Everyone is requested to wear a mask in the hall.
- Please disinfect when entering and leaving the room with the hand sanitizer placed at the entrance and exit of the conference room.
- An acrylic plate to prevent splashes will be installed in front of the speaker table at the time of the lecture.
- For the shared PC used in the presentation, disinfectant tissue and antiseptic solution will be placed near the PC before and after use.
